Hey guys!
So last weekend my family and i had these huge cravings for pizza...but we didnt want to have all that greasy mess. Plus...we're trying to have a healthy lifestyle. We decided to look up for homemade pizza dough, and it was such a success! It was delicious and filled us up in a good way! I wanted to share it with you guys...its a great way to involve your kids or even do it as a "date night" with your loved ones :)
Here are the things youre going to need:
2 1/2 c. flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder (if using baking soda use half and omit salt)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 to 1 c. water
Mix dry ingredients. add 3/4 cup water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water. The dough will be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes. Bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes.
No need for a pizza pan, we used our cookie sheet. Before you put it on we put non stick spray to prevent it to stick to the pan. Just spread/stretch on your baking sheet. May take awhile, but its worth it.
We had a bbq chicken pizza with grilled onions. Just basically spread bbq sauce (about a 1 cup). Leftover chicken and grilled our onions. Topped the pizza and baked it.

Zombies...Oh My!
Hey guys, if you want to catch a glimpse of what kind of shows i like....I am a FAN OF HORROR FILMS. (Yes, i know my topic said shows, but i want to just give you a background of what i like)Zombies and vampires, and a good ol' fashion scare. My favorite, please DO NOT mistake my love for vampires based on twilight. Dont get me wrong the book was great, I read it a year earlier before it became a hype, thanks to my sister Kristie (who is a book junkie). But when i saw the movie it didnt portray the definition of a vampire, it was more of a romantic teen flick. Than, BLOOD, GORE, ACTION, type theme. Im thinking vampires movies like Fright Night, Lost Boys, Blade, From Dusk Til Dawn, or even the classic Dracula. Zombies, the first movie i saw was George A. Romero’s Dawn of the Dead. I was so fascinated with this new horror creature. A human being devouring on another, and you can kill it without a shot in the head. Awesome. But these days zombie movies have been getting a little cheesy. This brings me to the shows i like....
I think "The Walking Dead" was the first Zombie-drama series on television. Im no professional critic, but i am a viewer, and we are basically the approval of shows, we make the ratings and comments. Anyways, i was a bit skeptical of watching this only because i was scared of it being cheesy, and what new ideas can it bring to the table that we havent seen already.The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic horror series that starts off with sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes who wakes up after being in a coma to find the world dominated by "walkers", resembling the zombies of George A. Romero's horror movies. He sets out to find his family and other survivors along the way.
MY RATINGS:
One of my favorite shows of all time. I have not been at the edge of my seat in such a long time. When i watch the show each emotion comes out, im either yelling "look behind you" or "OMG shes pregnant" (SPOILER ALERT...but not saying who). I have a connection with each character, and it brings me back to my love of zombies. No cheesiness, theres drama but not useless drama, blood, gore, everything you can ask for from a classic zombie movie.

Season 2: I know it sounds bad but in the back of my mind i thought she was dead. But all they had left was hope, and you had to connect with them. They only had each other. But the last episode, just left me gasping, i couldnt believe it. I felt for her mother, for Rick, everyone depended on him and believed as a leader, what was he to do now? What do you guys think??
Season 3: Last shot of the prison facility. Oooo more drama, i heard rumors about this and have some dirt of that facility. But i want to know what you guys think. PLEASE SHARE!

Im just an everyday girl, im a mother, a daughter, sister, and friend. I have my moments where i watch a show or have an amazing burrito, or even just tuned into an amazing independent artist on youtube and wish to share it with someone, but no one is there at the moment.
